We know our candidates very well, and not because they’ve been on our recruitment list for longer than we can remember. In most cases they are productively working in professional roles but are looking for a new challenge; waiting in the wings, so to speak, for the right opportunity to come along.

We have taken the time – lots of time; time you don’t have – to understand these candidates. We know where they’ve come from and where they want to go. We’ve interviewed them and completed resume checks – everyone does that – but we’ve also come to know them as real people.
